The BRIC (Brazil, Russia, China and India) economies have enjoyed the limelight of the developing world, repeatedly predicted to become the most dominant countries in the world by 2050. Where economies improve, disposable income increases per capita and of these 4 countries Brazil boasts an attractive coastline, strong domestic tourism and consequently a growing second home market. With entry level prices relatively low, and a steadily increasing mortgage market, all that is needed is for interest rates to lower before an upward surge in real estate value is seen. Taiba is in Céara in north eastern Brazil, an area with beautiful beaches and a year round temperate climate and for this reason has long been a tourist drawcard.
