Although the Spanish property market is currently stagnating due to several years of increasing prices which has put some buyers off, on the flipside it can be considered a buyers market who believe in the cyclicality of property markets over the long term. For now Propspotter is focusing on a segment of the Spanish property market which could open many doors to investors. Through our contacts we are looking to structure SIPPable purchases of residential properties in upmarket resorts where a rental management agreement is presented in a commercial lease. This would allow our clients to purchase overseas whilst benefiting from the generous tax relief provided by a self invested pension plan.
