At Propspotter our aim is to hand pick opportunities from reputable companies with whom we have long standing personal relationships. Our elite team of young but experienced property professionals selects those projects which stand out for their location, quality, capital growth potential and rental yields. On top of this we also look out for contributing factors such as tax regimes, finance options, local and national economic growth and favourable currency plays. We aim to build a trustworthy bridge between sound ventures and investment savvy clients.

Resource

Our projects are our recommendations for which we are happy to court queries and requests for further information. However if there is a particular location you are fixed on and would like impartial advice from our team then we would be happy to help and maybe point you in the direction of a reputable contact. We aim to be if not an agency then at least a resource for investors.

Everybody at Propspotter has personally bought and sold property here and abroad. Myself and my team are all well travelled, multilingual, have many years of property experience in numerous countries around the globe and our professional backgrounds cover every facet of overseas property from site project managers for multinational developers to overseas property legal advisors. Fortunately as a result of our years of experience and our personal relationships with key figures in the industry we are often approached with exclusive developments to be project managed by our consultancy arm.
